My neighbor was a drunk and makes so much noise once he returns back from drinking joint specially at night.

I complained to him about it but to no avail.

I went to my friend house and took one of his speaker which he uses for occasion, only God knows how this man begin to plead.

It was our landlord that later came to settle the matter
