There should also be a well laid out sitting area where people could stay while awaiting the arrival of their relatives. The public address system is nothing to write home about, you hear the announcement of flight arrivals, security men would be treating someone as if you came to the Airport for just sightseeing, most painful part of it is when you are awaiting someone you never met before and you needed to raise a placard, patrons of MMIA would understand what i am saying.
