I've been in your shoes once. I questioned church and the whole idea of religion at all. I found out later that I was really fed up with religion and was deeply craving something more. From my search for truth, I figured the bible is truth. even when many churches preach religion, the bible simply explains God's unconditional love to me, and in that I find peace and happiness. Nothing else could satisfy that longing, even when I tried to indulge in every other thing that seemed pleasurable to me. Nothing gives complete peace as knowing you are loved by God . If You've found peace in something lesser (in your case, your superior intellect) then continue in it.

Jesus tried to save man and it cost him blood and sweat, seperation from his kingly throne, rejection by his friends, whipping by Roman soldiers till his skin peeled over, disgrace and humiliation on the cross, and finally death due to severe blood loss. after all these, His mission was finally successful and men became heaven bound. this seems unreal for a couple of reasons. 1, ectopic organs should exist in other body cavities rather than the places where they are originally found. I've never heard of ectopic organs being found outside all body cavities.
2, the sheer size of the heart of that neonate looks unreal. The heart is almost as big as the child's head, whereas hearts are compared with the fistof the individual. 3, if indeed the heart was outside the body cavity throughout the time of development in-utero, how does such a child survive a 9 month period in the womb without dying of septicaemia or infection from the normal flora of the uterine environ.? 75% of my brain is telling me this is photoshop :-/ if its actually real, then quick recovery to you baby

if its the outer ear that is affected, a simplle surgery would fix it. If the pus is coming from the inner ear, then your vet would administer some ear antibiotics and pain relievers. Its good you noticed it early so it doesn't worsen. The vet can fix that tomorrow. Don't get so bothered about it, Your dog won't die.

Girl, if you really love your pet, go see a skilled vet. You can't handle such a case on your own. Injuries on dog ears often develop into auricular haematomas. A vet would need to conduct a minor surgery to appose the ear tissues unless the injury would keep returning. Only Cleaning the wound won't cut it
