I like what you guys are doing, f**k anyone that feels bad for this guys, Anyways does anyone know where i can get[b] Realviz image modeler[/b]. I saw it on demonoid, but the site as been taken off because of piracy blah blah, if you know anywhere else i will be grateful.

Speed up the search, and make sure you get a good one for the graphics forum.

Combination of VLC player and Media Player Classic is the best bet. VLC plays some weird formats that classic can't like .mkv and the quality is slightly better than classic media player. But the overall best from the tests i've performed is Media Player Classic, it consumes less memory you can confirm by checking your taskbar, its seeks better, it hardly crashes, it has a better playlist feature compare to VLC and some other cool stuff.

Have you tried Total Video Player a tiny apps that could play almost any video without requesting you to download any video codecs.

In my opinion, Total Video Player is a complete mess.

Thanks for the explanation. Don't you guys think we need a community for 2d/3d artist in this country before things can really work, even if it's online (a functioning one). Just my opinion.

Thanks alot for the c&c. Actually i agree with you about the reflection, the problem is from the modeling, that was because i didn't model with enough reference. For my new car project, i plan to grab enough reference from www.seriouswheels.com.

I know most of you have seen i-robot (the movie). i liked it so i modeled it a longtime ago, but i was scared of rendering then because i lacked the skills. Anyways, i prayed to the god of renderers and he visited me yesterday . Hope you like it.

It was modeled in Maya and exported to 3dsmax for rendering with v-ray and post was done in photoshop.

I got the Mtn Sharkpod thing after reading this post, but it seems its using gprs technology also the modem speed is 921kbps persecond but that aint the real speed does anyone konw the speed? am scared its cost me N33,500 i should have gone for evdo instead

Wow! what a lose. Mtn Sharkpod is not a broadband, it uses the same gprs technology as mobile phones. As for the speed, the speed you see on the package is not always the actual thing. Most of the time it's always less than 10% of the speed you see on the package. To know your actual speed you can try downloading a file and see the rate at which the file downloads per second.

Actually, your best bet should have been the starcomms EVDO. It's quiet fast. Have seen someone download at the rate of 79kb/s before. GOOD LUCK

Don't you think you shouldn't be using vista, it's terrible with 3d. I installed maya on mine, it was extremely slow compare to xp even with 2gb of ram.

I really appreciate the effort for trying to bring 3d artists together. The only issue i have is the site design; it's not enticing enough. You can use a site like http://forums.cgsociety.org/ for reference, it's attractive and rich in content. You can search goggle for forum applications like phpbb, all you then need to do is just modify to taste. I really don't mind making tutorials of the little things i know and i believe they will help.

For the new soundcity montage, the one with a guy in a purple car and another one with billboards. Maya, photoshop and aftereffect were used. I did my IT at the studio.
