I successfully got a refund for the lower cost phone, but AliExpress has refused to refund for the second phone which is more expensive. Same date of placing order, same message showing when tracked yet they accepted dispute for one and rejected for the other. Please what can I do, I wasn't contacted by customs to pay any fee and they're asking for proof for this. I mean how do I prove that I wasn't contacted

Don't try it. They will steal your phone. We don't know if it's Nipost or Custom staff doing that.

The phone I ordered came in with a different name and address but same tracking number.
When checked by Nipost at the delivery office, it was past questions they put inside instead of the phone. Obviously, someone has stolen it.

What saved me was that I quickly went to the post office immediately I noticed it has gotten there on the tracking website I used.
If not, someone else would have collected the parcel with the name on it, and AliExpress will mark it as delivered and that is the end with my money.


Buy your phone here if it's in Nigeria, if not, check jiji maybe you can find a seller who has the phone.

I did as you said and after so much persistence got a respond... They said they had no info on the item on their site which I sent to aliexpress... Long story short, I've gotten my refund💃💃💃

I am worried guys, I ordered 2 phones from Aliexpress same time but only one was delivered after 1 month. The second one is no where to be found. Ordered mine Feb. Ending and till now no phone. Dispute favoured seller, appeal didn't work either and nipost keeps telling me to wait that customs hasn't cleared it. I'm out of ideas on what to do. Anyone that can help please do 🙏🙏

Let's put the issue of official letter aside, did you upload any pictorial evidence to support your claims? If these are absent, you can't win the dispute.

I went to the post office and they said it's been with customs since 12th of march that they're yet to clear it so I should just wait. I asked for the letter but they refused. I went back to AliExpress and they said I can't prove that I didn't receive the phone without an official letter from nipost. Guys I don't know what to do. Had anyone experienced this? How did you resolve it? I didn't see phone, I didn't get my money back, Is there anyone that can help with this?

Patience is the key here

I once had a package that started with RB******SG just like yours, its actually a speaker, with the advises i got here, i waited patiently till NIPOST called me last Month to come & collect my package, even before & after i received the package which was nearly 2 Months from the day i ordered, my track order had been on 'departed from transit country' on Aliexpress

So i suggest you wait patiently, if NIPOST do not call after like 60-65 days from the day of order as your code indicates it will go through NIPOST, you can jejely open dispute, NIPOST has been known for last minute delivery depending on your state though, na @Jboixxx & others here helped me calm down put my mind off am till one day wy NIPOST just called me out of the blues, i jejely go collect my package

Download using a Download manager like ADM Pro or 1dm+.
Remove spaces on the link.

How to manually update..

Go to Settings > About phone > System update.

If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11/12 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 11/12 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process
