Temi475: Kindly advice, my sister that stays in Europe wants me to pay my first term tuition fee for me , I have other part of my POF that I raised by myself , how do I explain her assistance in paying my tuition fee in my SOP,do I have to state that as gift of deed or does that mean she is a sponsor, thanks Paying that makes her a co-sponsor. So prove relationship with her by uploading birth certificates and pics of both of you, possibly show previous instances she has gifted you money in the past, attach supporting docs to show what she does(work or business) She will attach her statement of acct as well |

Ugbanu: I got a refusal letter from IRCC. I applied for gcms note. The reviewer said. Scholarship $ xxxx is noted. Financial assistance from $ Bleep is noted.
Though, the application has proof of fund from the educational institution, he has not shown his own bank statement to show that he has enough money to travel to Canada and also for the initial expenses upon arrival.
I am not satisfied that the available fund is enough for his tuition fee, living expenses and travel.
Therefore I am refusing this application because he won't leave Canada after his study due to insufficient fund to support the stated purpose of travel for himself or any accompanying family members if applicable.
How much will I deposit in my bank account for the initial expenses and ticket for flight? Do I need to include LOE and my CV? How long will the money need to stay in the account before I will submit another application. Because I didn't submit my bank statement, CV and LOE in my previous applications.
Is bank statement generated using GTWORLD app acceptable?
Must my bank be the one to send the bank statement to them?
I am seeing" send statement to Canadian embassy" in the app, is it Canadian embassy or IRCC that they suppose to send it to?
nguyenjohnson115@gmail.com Please, I need your help and advise. In your reapplication, stress on the fact that the scholarships are unconditional and will immediately become effective once you have a valid study visa and funds will be disbursed to proper channels. You will have to seriously work on your economic and home ties. Don't know what you are currently doing now. You will need strong ties to bring you back home. Get a family member to do a gift deed for you. Ne ready to show relationship, prove source of funds with supporting documents of the person sending you the cash gift. You can use the online generated statement from your GTWorld app. Not compulsory you use mbs. Repackage your sop. That's all. Goodluck |

AlexanderBusayo: Thanks for your response.
So the course is a diploma course. the total school fees is 12k and you are not allowed to pay until it is time to begin registration of the courses.
For supporting documents for my dad, I attached supporting documents to prove that he is a clergyman and also documents to support his source of income.
I added that I currently work with a company but no supporting documents about it. You working and not attaching supporting docs is one error spotted, then also your dad's supporting docs will also be scrutinized to justify having such huge amount of money. And finally, the SOP. I think the reason for the denial is kind of obvious. If you want to reapply immediately then you have to handle it holistically and approach it properly with a detailed SOP covering all loopholes. |

AlexanderBusayo: Hello, Please I need help!!
My VISA application for a study permit was refused and I plan to reapply soon.
But first I want to confirm what can be done to increase my chances in the next application.
The reason for the denial was that my asset and financial situation were insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel(my school fees is 12k).
I used my Dad as my sponsor, with over 30M as his account balance. Or is it advised to use my account instead of his and be self sponsored?(I'm 28)
Please what can I do to increase my chances of approval in my next application? I really look forward to all your responses.
Thanks a lot. First what's the total Tuition of the program, what's the duration and how much did you pay? As for your father, what supporting docs did you attach to prove source of funds, any unexplained lump sums and volatile balance? How is the sop? Economic ties?? Are you working or doing business? If any of the above, what supporting docs did you attach. These and many more you should answer |

Egypt air seems to be be the cheapest but hope they've telaxed their round trip ticket madness?. Is Ethopia airline good? Please I need your advise. Thanks The round trip madness as you put it has been relaxed. You will be made to sign a form stating that if you are turned back by Canada border immigration, you will bear the cost of return flight. And you must show them your tuition payment receipt, loa before boarding |

Kihem: Make sure you have the funds that will cover the tuition fee for 4 years plus at least 20k upkeep and 6k miscellaneous
I had funds for 4yrs tuition alone 44m and was rejected I am sure that wasn't why you were rejected. For 4 years course, depends on how you package your sponsor and show he has the abilities to pay subsequent tuition with all necessary supporting docs. |

Mario290: Hello guys I just received a refusal letter from Ircc 😩😩
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/ section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
Please help.. Ah nor fit cry😭😭😭🤌🏻 So i Submitted with 21mill closing balance for a two year PGD program in ontario with a tuition of Cad$17900 per year… I paid first semester tuition of Cad$9650 Single Aplicant Note: (Sponsor Mom)(one account)(Including documents to prove occupation) Included family birth certs Family’s landed property with valuation reports Family photos But no employment for myself so I didn’t upload my account statement. Please gurus in the house what should I do abeg !! My brain nor fit brain again😥 When did you finish school? We talked about this no submission of statement of account here. Tuition bal 26,150 Living expenses 20,000 Miscellaneous 4,000 You should ideally be presenting around 35m for the full program. However, you could have still used around the future you submitted to put up a good case of your mum being a capable sponsor and capable of sponsoring you and taking care if subsequent second year expenses. So questions are: what supporting docs did you put up to explain source of money of your mum, any strong convincing assurance that subsequent expenses can be easily covered by her? How tight was the SOP? Lump sums and explanations?? These and many more |

Legitmenaija: Please what is the best way to appeal study visa refusal based on "you submitted documentation that lacks authenticity, this has diminished the authenticity of your overall application".
Every single document submitted were 100% authentic. It will be extremely stupid of anyone to submit fake documents and risk a Ban.
I'm thinking of appealing the refusal.
Please what do you think? Very possible the documents were so compressed that they weren't completely readable. |

ExcellenceAb: Not in all cases, he should prove that he is his brother, get a gift deed or court affidavit concerning the money. I didn't get bank statements from my parents, only letters of Sponsorship and a solid proof that they were my parents (a birth certificate that dates as far back as 2009) When you say not in all cases, you have to be specific. I checked from your previous posts you were asking for a GIC, so you probably made an expense from the money after your parents sent it by doing GIC. Wouldn't be surprised your paid up your tuition. No matter the proof of relationship he shows, as long as he just receives a lump sum in his account without demonstrating the money is actually for school expenses and not for demonstrative purposes, then it wouldn't fly if he doesn't attach his brother statement of account. If he isn't using that money received from his brother to do a GIC or pay tuition, then he must attach his brother statement of acct, pay slips and other supporting docs. Even in your case, that a VO approved yours doesn't mean every VO handling same application will overlook the non attaching of your parents statement of acct. Finally, it also depends on how you describe the source of your parents funds in your SOP. |

Thanks I’d appreciate your response Depends on the content of the LOE. Also you have to include all supporting docs to show source of money and its genuineness |

evansp: Good day everyone
Please can my brother in the US be my sponsor without sending me his statement of account and other documents.
But said he will send me a letter of sponsor and stating that IRCC should request from him directly. Please will this fly, anyone with this experience
Please I really need response. Thank you It wouldn't work. Even if he transfers all the monies to you, he will still need to show his statement. How will irrc request his statement. He obviously doesn't want you to have idea of his financial activities. Can he do MBS? If that exists for US accounts? If he can. Then he can create a MBS ticket and give that to you. He must definitely submit his statement of acct and supporting docs to show source of his money and that they were genuinely made |
