That is exactly the main reason why i started supporting messi. As a man united fan i have always loved ronaldo but at a point i realized that Messi is hardly praised for his performance (consisting of good dribbles, good passes, good positiioning, team play, sportsmanship, assists, etc) While ronaldo who hardly contributes to the team work but scores lots of goals gets overpraised.
