It shouldn't be a big deal that he allocated some plots to his family members. rather the question we ought to be asking is, why he revoked the land from the initial owner in the first place.

If we go by average abuja real estate value, that is btwn 20 to 30million per plot mutiplied by 8 gives 160m to 240m.
