The group submitted its application to the United Nations Security Council on August 6, 2012. The President of the group, Benjamin Onwuka, confirmed the development on Monday in Enugu. it wont favor the western countries,so sorry igbos,it wont happen! As much as i want you guys to be independent, the British and Americans will lose a lot if it does happen.
