As a matter of fact, Badagry used to suffer power supply before but since two weeks now, we are still surprised where the power supply is from as we now use more than 20hours daily. The irony of this whole good development is that I learnt phcn is on strike.. Please can anyone help tell gej not to allow the strike end....plsssss gej please I repeat, don't allow them call of the strike ooo.

i am a die hard anti GEJ, i voted Buhari and never planned to vote GEJ in 2015, but i must admit i have had power in surulere for the last 2 weeks steady they only switch it of for about 5minutes, this os om Tejuosho Road, well if he can deliver all over Nigeria, it will hve a ripple effect and crime will drop, unemployment to, because when a street lad knows he can run his little business without spending hs profit of fuel for his generator whatelse? but thaat being said if the cost of dpk for which is the most important to the commom man remains high i wonder, it is loaded to the major marketers at 50'66k per liter so i always wonder whenever i drive past fuel stations and i see it at 120 or i30 per litre,,,he should tackle this dpk issue

The electricity has increased remarkedly even with PHCN on strike. Except for people who use the prepaid and ran out of credit virtually everybody in Owerri enjoy a surprising minimum 20hrs constant electricity

God bless you all for speaking the truth. There has been several threads here that says something about improvement in poiwer supply but as usual, the anti GEJ thugs keeps flooding this site with lies. It seems they are working very hard to discredit GEJ, but what are they gonna gain?

Truth is, power supply has improved in most parts of Nigeria. There is steady light in my village in IMO STATE, i was in Enugu state for 2 weeks and the light is steady there. I live in Port Harcourt and everyone in PHC now can confirm there is steady electricity, infact, there are many parts of PHC that never experienced light problem for 1 minute for the last few weeks. Rivers govt is building standard power plant, and by the time he commissions it in December, all parts of rivers state will have 24/7 power supply.

Remember we voted these leaders to do these things for us, by right we are not supposed to be singing praises, but hey, our previous presidents stole tens of billions of dollars without anything to show for it so hell yeah, am gonna sing praises for Jonathan if he can provide steady power supply by 2014.

Let the truth be told, GEJ is doing wonderfully well in the area of electricity supply. There is massive improvement in the ports as well. When OBJ was president i once paid 1.2 million naira demurrage, back then if the ships arrive Nigeria it takes several weeks to clear your goods, but this time once the ship arrives today I get my goods the next day. GEJ should sort out other sectors of the economy like security and agriculture and he will be the best president of Nigeria so far.

Igbos should think of presenting Pro. Bath Nnaji for president after Jonathan. I know igbos do not want to contest against Jonathan come 2015.
