Kobojunkie: How does a Survey help in figuring out the National energy need? For pete's sake one definite fact we have is we are nowhere close to what is needed and if anything, people cannot predict their need in years to come.If you have any brains upstairs you should know that a survey is just the right thing needed now for a proper planing. |

Them wan chop money again o. Instead of using the census method, can't they send these questionnaires through phones or other E-methods which are far cheaper and more result oriented.Which side...... ? na thief them wan thief again, nothing will come out of it. |
