NEGLIGENCE OF DUTY BY PUBLIC SERVANTS: Lagos State Government gave direction recently on the clearing of waste on waterways in order to reduce flood outbreak. Here are some officials of Lagos State Management Agency(LAWMA), busy CLEARING FISH at Owode-Elede River in Mile 12 area of Lagos, ignoring their primary task of CLEARING WASTES.
