To:

The Branch Manager,
FSB International bank, Plc.
Idumota branch,
Idumota,Lagos

Dear Friend,

This letter may come to you as a surprise due to the fact that we have not yet met. The message could be strange but real if you pay some attention to I could have notified you about it at least for the sake of your integrity. Please accept my sincere apologies. In bringing this message of goodwill to you,I have to say that I have no intentions of causing you any embarrassent.

I am Dr Sam Otun, Branch Manager, FSB International Bank Plc. I managed toget your contact details through the Internet myself. Time is of utmost importance and I am desperately looking for a person to assist me in this confidential businss. A British oil consultant/contractor with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Mr. Boris Kauscher made a numbered time (Fixed) Deposit on January 6, 2002,valued at US$25,000,000.00 (Twenty- five Million Dollars),for twelve (12)calenda months in my branch. Upon maturity, I sent a routine notification to his forwarding address but got no reply. After a month,we sent a reminder and finally we discovered from his contract employers, the,Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation that Mr Boris Kauscher died in an automobile accident. On further investigation, I found out that he died without making a WILL and all attempts to trace his next of kin was fruitless. I therefore made further investigation and discovered that Mr.Boris Kascher Best did not declare any kin or relations in all his official
documents, including his Bank Deposit paperwork in my Bank. This sum of US$25,000,000.00 is still sitting in my Bank and the interest is being rolled over with the principal sum at the end of each year. No one will ever come forward to claim it.

According to Nigerian Law, at the expiration of 4 (four) years, the money will revert to the ownership of the Nigerian Government if nobody applies to claim the fund. Consequently, my proposal is that I will like you as a foreigner to stand in as the next of kin to Mr. Boris Kauscher so that the fruits of this old man's labor will not get into the hands of some corrupt government officials. This is simple, I will like you to provied immediately your full names and address so that the attorney will prepare the necessary documents and affidavits that will put you in place as the next of kin. We shall employ the service of two lawyers for drafting and notarization of the WILL and to obtain the necessary documents and letter of probate/administration in your favour for the transfer. A bank account in any part of the world that you will provide will then facilitate the transfer of this money to you as the beneficiary/next of kin. The money will be paid into your account for us to share in the ratio of 70% for me and 25%for you.5% will be for expenses

There is no risk at all as all the paperwork for this transaction will be done by the attorney and my position as the Branch Manager guarantes the successful execution of this transaction. If you are interested, please reply immediately via the private email address below:dr_sotun@yahoo.com.hk Upon your response, I shall then provide you with more details and relevant documents that will help you understand the transaction.

Please observe utmost confidentiality, and rest assured that this transaction
would be most profitable for both of us because I shall require your assistance to invest my share in your country.
Awaiting your urgent reply via my email address.
Thanks and regards,
Dr .Sam Otun.
NB: Please respond to my private email

All that is necessary to get the scammer to be the MUGU is to offer him a western union and make him do what you want eg: take a photo naked with a goat. Or go on a safari to another part of the Country. They are only limited by their greed. What is the funniest thing you got your lad to do?

Please understand this is no child's play, dem bois go do things you na go believe for dey wetin dey westy.

I could show you so many thief's or 419 guys doing sex to each other both men. They did this cause they thought the maga was a adult movie producer. The producer promised them the beautiful white woman and the 35 thousand dollars for the movie. I already know that this forum will not allow that type media. I can however link to them.
I have friends that are Nigerian they are good honest hard working folks. The ones that choose to scam are the ones that end up getting to be the very mugu they aim to scam.
Life is good. Justice is when these criminals get a taste of what their victims feel. Believe me as long as I am breathing I will be educating as many as I can to this most evil crime. I am not alone I am one of hundreds of thousands or even more that do this to level the playing field.

shocked shocked shocked Seun where do u get this scam letters,
Re: Scams That Can Trick Nigerians by dab8r419er(m): 4:44pm On Apr 08, 2010
The 419 criminals harvest email addresses with a program that extracts email addresses by the thousands. They also sell the names of victims that have answered and may be a maga. You will hear the 419 criminals say they scam Americans. This is false, They target anyone who may send them a dollar. The typical scam email is sent to hundreds of email addresses and if a few replies come in the criminal will pass it to a scammer with better English skills in hopes of a westy. These day with the number of fighters who reply to these emails and act like a real victim. The numbers are growing so now when a scammer sends out the scam mail a very good chance he will be communicating with a 419 fighter who will waste his time and money. The fighter will act interested and offer the scammer big bucks if the scammer does the necessary things the fighter asks. The fighter will waste the scammers money by international phone calls and internet cafe credits as well as having the scammer pose for photographs and send the scammer on a trip to a distant part of the Country. see here   http://www.419eater.com/html/SkeletonCoast/index.html This scammer thought his maga had a case full of cash and his greed sent him to places he never thought he would go, There are many ways to humiliate your scammer all it takes is a little thought.

If you need to receive scam 419 emails sign a guest book here   http://www.419baiter.com/guestbook/   or here  http://www.xanga.com/guestbook.aspx?user=mugu     I hope this answers your questions? If you sign a few guest books you will be knee deep in scam emails in a few hours from when you sign it. Remember scamming is Nigeria's largest past time so the guest books are being harvested as we speak. Its a shame these scammers did not invest that energy into seeking gainful employment they may succeed?
Re: Scams That Can Trick Nigerians by dab8r419er(m): 4:59pm On Apr 08, 2010
See link that did not post in above posting.

http://www.419eater.com/html/SkeletonCoast/index.html

This is a good story also see the mass baiting project some good stuff on there. just do a google search I can;t remember the link address.
The above story is of a greedy scammer who sends a family member to do the job of the fighter who told the scammer from jump street that he knew it was a scam. This is exactly how we turn the tables on the scammers. they become the mugu they sought to steal from. I say they deserve all they get as they know they are breaking the law when they send the scam format out. Nobody puts a gun to their heads and says take this photo or go to Kono to meet the maga with the cash. They do this driven by their greed. So what they get stuck in a strange town with no money? who told them to go to collect from a maga without bringing cash to get back home in the event the maga don;t show? lol
Re: Scams That Can Trick Nigerians by platinumnk(f): 5:13pm On Apr 08, 2010
Yea those 419 eaters be getting them grin cheesy

they get a kick out of it cheesy
Re: Scams That Can Trick Nigerians by dab8r419er(m): 6:02pm On Apr 08, 2010
419 eater is one of many sites that deal with scammers. They have several thousands of members who waste scammers time and money. I know of at least 20 other sites with membership in the 30 thousands of members who also do the same thing and folks who are tired of getting these 419 scam emails are signing up daily. I think its a good thing to watch the field balance. They have to wonder everytime they send a scam format if they have a real victim or a fighter? Its not easy to determine either. Most fighters are trained in how to play a real victim and waste the scammers time and money. I can not post all here cause I am sure many scammers visit this forum. Do know that Law enforcement works closely with us and we help identify the scammers.

This is a good site in the UK   http://www.nigerian419fraud.freeserve.co.uk/
allot of good scammer torture here. You see when a evil arises the good people just naturally come to fight it. I would say we have a half a million scam fighters and growing, Thats based on what I have seen. That does not include the regular people that fight 419 in the shadows. Never believe the scammer when they say its not them in the photos. Anybody with good PC skills can know if a photo was played with or not.
I know for certain that all my scammers I have photographs of are real. I have sent them off to law enforcement in Africa and to other law groups that monitor 419 crime. This is a fight that will go on until all the scammers are done and Nigeria and its good people get their reputation back. It sucks that companies will not ship to Nigeria due to the 419 men and what they have done to your Country. If I lived there I would do all I could to help law enforcement with this problem. They will steal from you just as fast as they would from me. If you could go into a cafe and see who is sending 419 scams and gather info on them and get that info to the EFCC you will be doing your Country a service as when we stop this crime we get Nigeria's good name back. South Africa also a hot bed of scammers so many places these people go turn bad. They say they do it to eat? How come when they move to the UK thet still continue to do the scam? I will tell you why, They are lazy greedy bastards. God will judge them.
Re: Scams That Can Trick Nigerians by mamagee3(f): 9:16pm On Apr 10, 2010
Is this a thread motivated to teach more Nigerians on how to scam people or one to prevent that?
Re: Scams That Can Trick Nigerians by dab8r419er(m): 9:40pm On Apr 10, 2010
This is a good thread to educate people on how the 419 scam works, It also serves as a reminder of how greedy and lazy the scammers are. They will do almost anything to get a victim to pay. It also shows that they do not care who they steal from. Do you think cause you are a Nigerian they will not target you? As mentioned by a poster recently. I will never fall for the scam. Thats not true the more you believe you know the more of a chance you will get sucked into the scam.

I hope that clears things up for you. If it was aimed at educating scammers it would not outline their fallacies.
Re: Scams That Can Trick Nigerians by diehard1: 12:11pm On Apr 12, 2010
I have another question. I see a whole lot of mails that promise work at home and things like that free but once you try reading further, you will be asked to send money one way or another. Are these money making ventures real or 419. Some will claim outrageous figures daily. I keep on wondering why people are still poor if all those work

Its all a con they place help wanted offers knowing the world is in a bad economy in hope of catching a out of work person who is trying to feed his family. These scams usually work in 2 parts. 1) They ask for your ID so they may commit ID fraud. 2) They offer a job that can not be passed by. Most are receiving payments for there company. It works like this. The scammer sends a fake check to the victim. The victim is instructed to deposit the check and withdraw the funds and keep his pay for doing the payment. Then the victim is to send the balance via western union to the scammer. When its all said and done the victim is held responsible for the check and may face jail as a result of trying to be honest. Again these scammers are vultures and will do anything to steal money from anybody.

These scammers ruin peoples lives. They have been known to threaten elderly people who can't pay anymore cause they are on fixed incomes. Some have took their own lives due to the financial loss coupled with the pain inflicted by the scammer as in a romance scam see below.

When I read stories like this it is a constant reminder why this crime needs to be fought on all fronts. If you can report a scammer you will be doing your Country a justice. The problem with the 419 scam is not enough attention is focused on it. This should be on every news broadcast and in all the media outlets. Warning those who don't know. And reporting those who are committing these crimes. Until this is taken seriously more will die and honest hard working Nigerians will be forced to live in the shadows of the horror this crime brings with it.

I do not comprehend the question? Are you trying to show a example of a scam? Or are you trying to show me how you scammed a innocent victim by means of a phishing website or email? Perhaps it would be less nebulous if you could explain exactly what you wish to express. If its a gloat that you scammed a innocent? Just know there are several hundreds of thousands of honest people that report these fake sites and emails to law enforcement with the whois info. They also collect intelligence on the criminals who are behind these crimes. Then you never know who will answer that scam email? May be a fighter who leads you to believe you will get that westy. Only to find out that after months of cafe time and phone calls along with some absurd photographs that you got nothing but a taste of what your victims get. I hope this clarifies what represents justice.

PS If this was a question which I highly doubt? It would serve you better to ask it as a question. Stating a pay pal account tends to parlay the message I am a con man and I am so happy I conned a innocent old lady out of her social security money. I hope I can scam some more out of her? I don't care if she eats lives or dies. I only care about my greedy self.
