ummmh i am not sure, now the food is so mixed up, so i am confused about the origins of some recipes, we all eat the same food now.
But since I am from the south i ll be biased and say my region

you should try attieke, they might have it in some african stores were u r in the UK, try it with bake fish, u won't regret it

Ugali - The non horn East African equivalent to West African Fufu. I've had this before. It's alright. It has a bland taste so you've got to mix it with meat and gravy

It's very strange. Ugali is also eaten in many parts of Southern African as well. It's very bland but tastes great with meat, veg and gravy.

o kk i c, i ve tried Nigerian food before as well, it's basically the same as ours. The famous ogusi soup, we have it as well, but we call it Agnan, ours is more liquid tho, however both taste the same

Yea i saw it in the wiki too, and it's made of cornmeal, it's like some of the central food i saw here look similar to what we eat...i guess our diet aint that different then
