So would it be correct to allow Igbo's that are not from the South Eastern region call themselves eg. Delta Igbo's, Bendel Igbo's etc. Do you agree that they are not the same as Sout Eastern Igbo's?

They can call themselves what they like, but to say they are not the same is simply incorrect.
