I am sure he had money to pay. Nigeria may have the world class health facilities but these facilities are not available to the common man on the street because he has no money to pay for them. That is the problem.

We don't have world-class health facilities. We have Africa-class health facilities. wink

Some of our private hospitals are world class (whatever that means)
But like EloSela said, only the rich can afford them.
You will even be surprised that some hospitals have Telemedicine facilities that are connected to
some good hospitals any where in the world.
