Actually,"deje" in Idenmili means welldone,while "daalu" or "deme" means thank you but most ppl interchange them, nowadays.

Nne,agbaro m' ekeresimesi ofuma maka na ano na olu,mana ekenelu m' Olisa maka aru ike onyelu m. Translation= my Christmas wasn't well celebrated because I was at work but I thank God for the good health he gave me. I tafokwalu m' anu? Translation=did you reserve some meat for me ?

Ogugua,these are some of the translations. But I must warn you so you don't get confused. I know you probably understands that Anambra\ Delta Igbo but couldn't write in it. However,you must remember that Eze-Promo presents his teachings in Standard Igbo,which is different from what I'm writing with.

My full name is Oguguamakwa. My aunt (my mum's elder and sole sister) passed away and I was conceived shortly after, hence the name.

Aww, sorry. I hate how some people have to work on holidays, especially Christmas. The world should stop that day lol. Hmm, I hope you don't mind turkey and ham, because that's what we have lol.


Olisa = Chukwu? I don't think I've heard that before.

Lol. According to mommy mu, a lot of people with that name have deep stories behind it. I've met two other Ogugua's and their situations were similar.

I haven't eaten a home cooked egusi in over 7yrs now....Will not mind trying your egusi with hot pounded yam..but have you eaten "nsala" before ?
