25 wars means at least 25 corpers. They just did not show up! They saw a vision in the night? Where were they serving before the election
Somebody saying that the place is dangerous and corpers did not show up does not make sense. They must have known that the place was not safe before they accepted the job

There was never an agreement between individual Corper and INEC, it was Nysc they entered into an agreement with. Nysc submitted corpers' name that are in their records (clearance list), so it's without the consent of corpers the agreement was reached. Even the oath form (EC 17A) that was given to 'some' corpers to fill was never collected.

It was a deliberate move to favour the incumbent. Ilaje as a region is abt one third of mainland lagos and a populaton of 407,000 ppl. .it has 255,000 registered voters and a stronghold of olusola oKE(AN ilaje man) .this area as big/densely populated as it is constitute just one local govt . In my opinion this was just an attempt to scientifically rig the votes of the indigenes dia . . .since their votes is not being counted ,are we not indirectly disenfranchising them?. . .and who says 250,000 votes is not enough to swing d tide in someone's favour?
