Not at all. Many blacks have become more racist than the whites they accuse. In the last election, blacks voted for obama en masse because he is black, not because he is a good president. All the indicators showed clearly that Obama's last 4 years was a failure. But they went out there and voted based on color. But they are the first to call whites racist. Blacks have been republican for ages. They supported Obama because he is black. Just the same way hausas vote for hausas, Ibos vote for Ibos and yorubas vote for Yorubas.

Lesson learned is that most people are hypocrites always claiming their positions and opinions are the correct one.

That argument could go both ways, many voted Romney because he is white, no group can be more racist than Tea-Party, i don't believe that Obama's last 4yrs was a failure, he made the best of the worst situation.

Have you ever read what the Tea-party advocate? The tea-party started before Obama became the Democratic candidate. It was not about Obama. They believe in small government and freedom of corporations. No system is perfect though but please don't misrepresent them. These republicans many of you insult, fought for the end of slavery and racial segregation while the democrats didn't want it to stop. The democrats are just playing "handout to the masses" politics. And anyone who plays that is never ever sincere. Check your history books.

Whatever the Tea Party stands for, its obvious that majority of Americans are not buying it, some of the candidates are fighting to make Obama a one-term president, one may ask this question...how come many Americans did not see what Tea Party is seeing? How come Obama was re-elected even with the state of the economy? Blacks and other ethnic minorities did not even make up to 50% of American population but still Obama won the election.

Obama won the election with over 97% of black votes and over 75% of latino votes. He won the majority vote by just 2%. He won Ohio by about 50000 votes. CNN just showed that there were over 150, 000 new voters that registered in that state for this election and most of them were blacks. So do the maths. It was a ver divisive election. Many American see what the tea party are saying. They might not like their seemingly extreme style, but people no what they are saying. America is moving towards what we in Nigeria are trying to run away from and that is an overbloated federal government!

But for some reason it's downright weird that people who have no clear distinction will want to go their own way. How will they be able to differentiate a New Yorker from a Texan? How about the fact that a lot of Americans claim the state where they were born rather than where their parents are from? I just don't see this working. It's even more realistic for the US to make Puerto-Rico an authentic US state just like Hawaii in 1950 than to divide the country. Even Mexico stands a chance pf being part of the US.

You have cornered yourself by your own question. The white votes were closely split between Obama and Romney. Obama clearly won by the huge upsurge in black and latino votes. If the whites went out in numbers to vote for Romney, he would have won by a landslide, clearly!
