He is a human being wasting BILLIONS OF DOLLARS that Nigeria cannot afford to waste, abi? Do you realize what is happening here? Thousands of lives go to waste each year, millions of futures destroyed each year because of one human being? Is that a worthy price for Nigerians to pay in this world we live in? undecided undecided undecided undecided undecided

Sincere 9gerian: This thread is an example of why Nigeria is DECAYING. Almost all the comments made so far could be described in one word- SENSELESS. This is a perfect example of how we waste our time in UNPRODUCTIVE ventures that end up multiplying poverty in GEOMETRIC PROGRESSION in this country. When our UNPRODUCTIVE ventures are rewarded with POVERTY, we turn round to blame govt. Ladies and gentlemen, Niger delta and Igbo oil money is INSUFFICIENT to feed 165million people. We must all get our hands dirty in PRODUCTIVE ventures. If we must talk or chat, it must be PRODUCTIVE. Your contribution on this forum should increase your country's GDP.
Thank you

You sir, how has your contribution increased GDP?

Fuel subsidy is a mega-fraud in Nigeria
– Tam David West
Taking on the controversial probe into
the nation’s oil sector led by Mallam
Nuhu Ribadu, former Minister of
Petroleum Professor Tam David West,
on Sunrise Daily stated that, what the
Federal Government is doing is a
“charade because a government that
deceives its citizens consistently is
sad.”
The former Minister, who has always
claimed that the nation’s fuel subsidy
regime is nothing but fraud, again
affirmed his position saying there is no
fuel subsidy in Nigeria rather what
exists is ‘fuel subsidy mega-fraud.’
He argued that his allegation has been
proven by the recent controversies on
investigations into the sector by the
committees led by Farouk Lawan and
Nuhu Ribadu.
Professor David-West also revealed that
he has challenged the Federal
Government for a public debate on the
issue but he has never gotten a
response to the offer.
The Federal Government on Thursday
appointed another committee, made of
serving Ministers to draft out a white
paper from the controversial special task
force report on the petroleum revenue
submitted by the Ribadu committee.

Guys, this presidential media chat will be loaded. Abati and Okupe have prepped GEJ for the chat. Calls will go tru this time (of course arrangee ones) and some seemingly serious questions will be asked by the callers just to give the whole media chat some credibility. But it is all rehearsed and GEJ has been spending this week rehearsing all the responses. The panel is also arranged, they are to only ask the questions they have been given and warned not to try anything funny. This is PRESIDENTIAL MEDIA CHAT RELOADED. You heard it from me.

Voting for Goodluck Jonathan was a step in right direction. He is a person that has the ability to perform well as president.

He suppose to learn from mistakes of OBJ and others and take good decisions. OBJ made some silly mistakes.

But now President Jonathan is following the bad step of OBJ of non implementation of budget. How will the president succeed with non implementation of budget??
