"We need to attract private sectors to build refineries and as such we will not issue out more licenses for importation".... GEJ. Gbam! On point. But still consider on this rumoured subsidy removal. Agreed, it ll help te country in the long run but the people don't want it and Nigeria is for Nigerians.

In the past, I was able to call the President clueless without qualms. Now, I believe the President has spent the last year or so in acquiring same (cluesa), so I no go call de man clueless with ease for now. lipsrsealed

Confidence because he was prepped with the answers to the question. The true test of confidence is to allow independent bodies handle the chat or allow non arrangee live phone in.

Manitoba contract has not been revoked, but the present procurement laws (due process law) placed the contractual agreement differently.
