Please! Fashola and Rochas Okorocha should go and join Nollywood jare, and stop wasting their acting skills!

The other day he caught an army officer, now he's caught a police officer. Before Christmas, Fashola with apprehend an airforce pilot in mid air. Nonsense!

You are so disorganized in your comment. I hope that doesn't reflect your true life.

FASHOLA SHOULD NOT ONLY ARREST THE POLICE OFFICER, HE SHOULD ALSO ARREST THOSE LASTMA OFFICIAL POSTED TO WORK ALONG THE ROAD THE POLICE OFFICER WAS PLYING. THIS WAY, IT WILL HELP HIM IN HIS CAMPAIGN ELSE, HE WILL BE THE ONLY ONE ARRESTING. WE ALL KNOW THAT IF THE POLICE OFFICER WAS A COLD BLOODED CIVILIAN, LASTMA WILL USE POWER BIKE TO ARREST HIM BECAUSE OF.......

Can someone clarify something here?

Is it the use of motorcycle that is banned or the commercialization of its service. Can I peacefully ride my private okada even though I do not do business with it.

banki: some people here are just critising for the sake of critisism and most of these critics lack substance and value!

Owerri.... no bikes
FCT.....NO BIKES
Yenagoa....No Bikes
ASABA....No bikes
PORTHARCOURT...No bikes
Lagos>>>>>>>>> WE have decided to label fashola all sorts of names how many jobs have okada created, how many people die or get injured from okada related accidents, have alternatives been created? are they fixing roads?

someone said he is anti people, for banning okadas, for asking you not to drive against traffic, for asking you not to use the lanes dedicated to BRT bus lanes? for asking people not to take drugs in motor parks and sell alchol in motor paarks, for banning molue?

They say its wrong for him to constuct a road and pay tolls, yet the same people would go abroad and obey the law and pay the tolls to the later,

Nigerians lets applaud good governance for once and if there is anypart of the law that truly doesnt make sense lets critisize it and not come here and make fashola look like a devil yet promote people who collect our money award contracts to themselves and yet do shabby jobs.
Word!
This is the most sensible comment thus far. And, also, kudos to 'Mary Jane.' First off, most people on this forum are myopic and clueless. They are so ignorant of the clear-cut fact that the governors are by far the CEO's and the Chief Law Enforcers of their states, which invest in them the authorities to 'arrest' or order offender(s) to be arrested and prosecuted.
And why is it that the majority of the yahoos or hooligans that pass negative comments here are the Easterners? And when reasonable folks ask them to pay attention to the above-mentioned places (mostly in the Eastern region and FCT) where the so-called 'okada' riders are not allowed to operate they don't seem to give a fvck? I know millions of those Easterners were either born here or moved to the Yorubaland in search of succor and their daily bread, but that doesn't give you folks the right to force our hands...

into allowing you Easterners to bring your village mentality into our Yoruba domains. You all should and must be the ones to abide by your hosts' or benefactors' rules and regulations and to also imbibe the culture and the ways of life of the community you chose to or voluntarily live in. Nobody forced or invited you all to come and live in Yorubaland, so if you can't stand our 'draconian' laws get the fvck out of our lands!
