I had too much liquid in the rice but hey,who is perfect?
I was trying to use up all the chicken stock
Tastes good though

These days, no chips,fried plantain, anything fried or very high calorie in my house.
Eating healthy is d bam.

Whenever I'm cooking with chicken or turkey, I add nothing at first. At about 10 minutes, I will pour out d water and then add whatever.
That way, the oil is gone and I can use d water for cooking.
