the FOI faced serious difficulties in the NASS (which isnt out of place) and if not for Abike and her supporters that were steadfast and courageous and determined to see it to the end, there would have been no bill for the retardeen to sign. get that to ur empty skull. maku simply dont have the brain to bring out such an initiative. ok, can u give any example of any bill Maku (the executives) has ever sent to the NASS that will improve info dissemination in the country?
