Different strokes for different folks.
Vitafoam - 2.9million on offer Vs zero bid.
Vono - 2.3million bids Vs zero offer.

In this game, the market has to keep pitching, but you don't have to swing. You can stand there with the bat on your shoulder for six months until you get a fat pitch. - Warren Buffet

Two things are happening to Seplat. First Seplat was marked down for dividend last week hence people are pulling out their funds to find money elsewhere. Second, Seplat is suffering from negative sentiments. There is really no good news in the air to keep price moving and in fact some people think they may run into problems with the new government. The market doesn't care about the strong fundamentals of the stock right now. IMHO, SEPLAT is a very good stock for long term. Buying target: N300

Disclosure: I have some SEPLAT in my portfolio but not enough to alarm me. I am planning to load plenty more once the beating slows down.

This slow but steady market!
Many people think its irrational.
But I think, IN MOST CASES, where there's no unusual influence, the market is actually rational over the long term. Get your line of best fit that smoothens out the fluctuations and you'll see that the market may not look the side of a fundamentally sound stock for sometime but it eventually corrects the anomaly.

A stock may be pushed by sentiments, emotions, market makers far above its fair value but just like a jet suspended in the air by its powerful engines, ones the "external forces" loosen their grip, it still tends to find its level.

Major/minor news, corporate changes/results/actions, sectoral policy changes, national policies/direction/issues all play roles in defining the fundamental state of a company.

Relying mainly on fundamentals and to a lesser extent, technicals helps me navigate the market without too much of the tensions and pressures attached to market-plays(High BP trading).
This doesn't mean I won't take profits when I deem fit.
It doesn't also mean I don't lose in any stocks (One of my Ogas in SMN has this signature:- The market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent). After all, fundamentals are ever changing. It simply helps me by relieving the pressures of uncertainties in the market.

Oando is moving forward, I said it before now that Oando is the answer. The incoming government will favour Oando. What is happening to Transcorp?, they might not be favoured.
