Well,I formed the habit of 101 since my university days and I have become acclamatize with that.

Work or no work, eating is what I enjoy doing most in life, so I eat like 4 square meal on a regular day. As early as 7;45am I must have taken my breakfast which consist of light food like indomie with egg or bread, fried egg and tea. So at about 12pm,I take my lunch at an eatery close to my work place which consist of real food such as rice, chicken/beef and salad/ moimoi. At about 4pm, when I just close from work I usually go for snacks such as meatpie/gala/eatroll and mineral. And finally I take my dinner at home at about 8pm together with my relative or gf, and it usually consist of heavy food such as pounded yam, amala, eba or starch with eguisi/vegetable/banga or whatever soup. Sometimes rice. This is the period I enjoy most in my day.
For those of you that think this is an exagaration, na una know, na as e be nai i talk so

i used to eat 1-1-1 before but it turned to punishment cos my stomach started becoming bloated and big and i always feel stuffy like it ain't digesting and yeah it hurts. Now i do 1-0-1 or 1-0-0. And yeah it saves me cash. And most times i do 1-0-0 are those days i get home tired and start lying to myself that i will just sleep for one hour then get up and cook something. But you know where the sleep ends lol, the next morning leaving me with 1-0-0
