what actually transpired was there is this initiative by the state government to grand loan of 30k, upon receipt of the amount, the recipient had to part with 5k (as a gift to the wife of the LG chairman).
the affected woman rose and offered that such is unorthodox and the wife of the chairman gave her a dirty slap and the woman in return gave the hell of a beat. the following the letter was sent to her.
