Contrary to the green and white national flag without any inscription I was taught in primary school, all over the place I see a new design.this design has the coat of arm inscribed at the centre(the area of the white).
so because I don't learn social studies in the university,I feel have missed out in the country's new development.
I want to know if it is the new Nigerian national flag or if both flags are accepted.

The are both same just the second one is used mostly for ceremonial activities and which people erroneously fly daily instead of occasions.
