I look for honesty in a guy and that he is dependable. I like a man that is educated but that does not necessarily mean that he must have a BA or Masters or whatever. If he is well read and well rounded with experience that is super. He needs to be able to hold a conversation, down to earth, calm, realistic and a good sense of humor.
