News came in this morning on Channels Televison flagship Dily Programe - SUNRISE DAILY - that the much awaited and publised Lagos Forum on the state of the Nigeria Police College, Ikeja has been suspended afterall.

The reason for the suspension is 'Reason Beyond our Control'

My suspicion is that Big wigs in Presidency may be uneasy about the Forum that more can-of -worms may be exposed

I have said it before, and I will say it again,PDP has been a cancer to Nigerians, they have resulted to arm-twisting to kill the forum, cos they know that the outcome would be embarrassing to them. GEJ is only pretending, nothing would come out of his visit,he's only trying to form"caring"

It was postponed, not suspended and the reasons may not be disconnected from the President visit to the college.

A serving AIG, Marvel Akpoyibo is one of the guest participants and is expected to make contibutions as a representative of the Force, but guess the unscheduled visit of the President put paid to that.

Are u serious? are u new to Nigerian politics? postponed in this case effectively means cancelled or a more doctored one dressed and attended only by special invitation direct from Ruben or even anuty Pepe.

Be wise Boss.

We are not that naïve, we know what postponement means as used in the Nigerian political context.
Fresh air everywhere.
Channels didn't need to be reminded of what happened to ait when raymond dokpesi joined the ibb train.

Suspended or postponed. Any difference? A suspended pupil can be recalled, a postponed event can be rescheduled. When an event is "postponed" and the next re-scheduled date is "to be communicated later" - what does that suggest?

THe first news that came in this morning was that the event is suspended. The status must have been re-considered later to postponed.
