Attack On Emir: Presidency Hits Back At Buhari. by fatdon2(m): 9:02am On Jan 23, 2013
Former military head of state
and National Leader of the Congress
for Progressive Change, Maj-Gen.
Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), has come
under flaks from the presidency over
his comments on the attack on the Emir of Kano, Ado Bayero. The presidency described his
comment as “irresponsible, reckless
and opportunistic.” It also cautioned against politicizing
the attack on the revered traditional
ruler, explaining that the attempt by
Buhari, his political party, CPC and the
Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) is
irresponsible. Information Nigeria reports that
Buhari and CPC had condemned the
attack on the Emir of Kano, stating
that “the portent of this latest
security challenge is: the Nigerian
state is not just under an ominous cloud of insecurity but all the citizens
(under the nation’s space) are also
victims”.

What is wrong in what Buhari said? He is stating the obvious here and shouldn't be crucified for it.

Senseless first comment. Even my five years old wont type this unintelligent comment. Presidency attacking an opposition leader is tantamount to Nigerians including northerners hatred for the opposition leader.
