Funny !

Every pöliceman is also human though ! I just wonder how he must be displaying his habits while in uniform publicly.

His offenses-

*Smoking publicly in Police Uniform
*drinking publicly in Police Uniform
*Riding on a bike while smoking
*Riding on a bike while drinking.
*riding on a bike without taking the State's Legal precautionary measures, without an helmet.

This is an old post anyway,I saw it then in 2008 !

Nice exposition though !

I don't see anything wrong in this picture, honestly. Over here, you have police officers who drink and smoke, though they may be having a quick break. If the crime is because he was on a bike, OK... In all honesty, officers drink soda while on duty and take smoke breaks very often.
Re: Nigerian Policeman Drinking & Smoking On Duty by Kslib(m): 10:00am On Jan 29, 2013
What if he's on his way home.. That drink he's holding is star.. Una no dey drink star,so na bad thing to drink star again.. Many of una dey smoke cigarette,so na bad thinng to smoke cigar again.. The man dey op-top okada, una say he dey duty...
Many of una no go gree join police, but una get luck see people wey don join, una no dey appreciate.. Their salary is nonsense,no housing,no policing toolz and you people keep insulting this people even when it doesnt matter.. Yes,police is somewhat bad,but our police is the reflection of how things are in this country.. Abi una no see police college where 50 people dey share one head of cray fish and una expect them to automatically become super-police men abi??..
Wait oh!!! Una dey craze sef?? Una tink say here na america abi? Una want make our police dey do like american police wen the citizens demself get mental problem and the leaders in-charge of the police na animals and the leaders in-charge of the leaders of the police na criminals and donkeys.. Abeg police una dey try, make do with what you have..

Oh please, its not like the system works anyway, aint no law forbidding him from going about his biz. There's only two sets of laws enforced by our constitution:
(1). Don't steal or don't get caught stealing
(2). Don't kill or don't get caught killing

hansobuks: Sometimes i wonder how Nigerian police men are trained. This is a police man on duty with beer and cigarette on an okada. Naija we hail.

I dont know how they're trained, but from the pics of where they're trained, drinking and smoking on okada shouldn't be far from shocking

Re: Nigerian Policeman Drinking & Smoking On Duty by Nobody: 10:06am On Jan 29, 2013
we can't tell if he is on duty or not from the pic but we can definitely see from d pic that he is drinking wit his cap on and that is wrong.

Clap for yourself. You are a real "Hoi Polloi" in the making.
But, know this today. A policeman or even a boy scout can eat, drink and smoke while on uniform but not with their berets on. Get it?

I have indeed clapped for myself, so what's the gist again?

So because he has his hat on, that means what exactly? I'm lost on your point.

From your previous comment i can perceive that you're a clown. Takes one to know one. But i'll repeat myself that whenever they are on their beret it means they are on duty, hence no smoking, eating, drinking etc etc.
I was in the Boy scout and special marshal, FRSC...

How did they even get a perfect clear shot of the guy on the bike. Are we sure this not home video shooting on set.

Don't think the officer will not see who is snapping, b4 u adjust camera the guy go jumb on you, is the okada moving and its obvious the okada rider is looking at the snapper
grin grin
