What you should be more worried about is the cost if you use dhl as against if you use third party agent. Get the weight of the 2000pcs and use it to calculate how much it will cost to use a third party agent.

Have u ever logged in succesfully? Note you have to register seperately for trademanager.

If you have, try clearing the apps cache and data.

I dont see that as a threat in anyway, if you dull those chinese sellers will act a fast one on you,they agreed on SF Express so why using another courier.

That is called "Breach of Agreement" if you ask me.
