As Appeal court nullifies Gov. Nyako of Adamawa state election. Authentic results shows Nyako came a distant third.here are questions begging for answers.

1.As election comes up within 90 days what is the probability that He and his party will not rig again?
2.Should they rig will opposition keep going to court?
3.What purnishment is metted out to INEC,Police and paramilitary,PDP that contributed to the rigging?
4.Could it be true that the merger of Police,INEC,PDP,Paramilitry. As said by Gen. Buhari is certain as reflected in the judgment?
I guess something is missing in the constitution hence Re-election will keep occuring.
