Depends on the side the land falls and some places around are ooomo-onile free but you need to be specific about the elepe area and oshota or send my number to the person so that I can see the exact area and document to check if you are free

Depends on the acquisition that it is maybe committed agric and non committed agric.

Firstly your budget determines it.the lowest you get for a not too developed area is 2million per plot and anything lower than that will be under developed.
