That'll be nice. The 3.0d Biturbo in the XJ is a diesel tho. I'll want to hear how the engine will sound like when revved. It'll be very 'un-rangerover' like.....almost a mockery of the car.lol. Those things have been almost exclusively V8 since time immemorial.lol.

I don't think a car like Range Rover should keep bringing out new model. They should only upgrade the engine performance and accessory if need be.
I prefer the looks of the Range Rover Sport. Its masculine and sexY.

car makers usually produce show cars before actual production begins to gauge public perception of a new model, if the response is overwhelmingly negative, a few tweaks might be made @ the drawing board...by the way, manufacturers don't like 'leaking' images (that's why cameras/cellphones are banned from design studios and prototype testing areas), the automotive press has its own paparazzi issues -spyshot photographers are paid for getting images of new models (web publications like Gtspirit,jalopnik and autocar.co.uk do this to generate hits) like this.

A simple way to differentiate is that the rr sport is an over sized evoque, now that's a car to get.
