I use glo and I updated mine without wi-fi. Lemme give you a tip, it worked for me, dunno if it will for you too.

Settings ==> Networks and Connections ==> Wi-fi ==> Advanced ==> then choose 'Internet Connection' under that drop-down box

Please I hv an issue with my Q10 and would appreciate if anyone can help.
Two days ago I noticed all my emails from july 24th were gone both on handheld and server.
Initially I thought my 2yr old mistakenly deleted and placed a screen lock on it but today I noticed other mails were gone too.
Is there a setting I hv to adjust?
Please a response and solution would be appreciated.
