U know in dis life there are two things involved. Is either how u cut ur sim doesn't match with d BlackBerry sim space or d BlackBerry sim space doesn't detect ur sim. If u didn't cut ur sim very well to fit d BlackBerry sim space, u r safe. But if dat d BlackBerry sim doesn't detect ur sim,der is only one thing involved. GOBE!!!
Well shaa... just kidding. just try and find a person using micro sim and test d fone 1st b4 I will know wat to say but I think dat u no cut am very well. Case closed. Next!!!

Did you buy the q10 here in Nigeria or was it sent to you from abroad.

If your sim was properly cut then your device could be network locked and you will need to unlock it first

pls don't bring a fone home without testing again. you need to test other microsims to be sure it's from the phone.

Have you try using GPS to track it hope say ur gps dey enabled on the phone sha..... Or u can block the pin via blackberry protect.

Looks like the person switched it off immediately. I have been on the blackberry protect site but it is still not showing up as available

BlackBerry Protect will only be able to do anything if the person tries to use the phone. for the last two hours, i have sent some commands and BBProtect is still unable to execute because the phone is off the grid
