Who knows how much it would cost to fix a BlackBerry Q10 broken screen ?

I keep getting these notifications on my q10 "Device Storage Almost full, Consider moving or deleting existing files. Secondly, oftentimes my apps ( music, browser, bbm, etc) stops abruptly for no reason with the LED light shining red, blue, green in no particular order. Thirdly the device keeps restarting itself. What could be the causes and the solutions to the above malfunctions?

I have a blackberry Z10 for sale with the latest os upgrade.

do you have a microSD card in your device? if you do, move the music, videos, pictures from the device storage (which is only 16GB) to your microSD. once done, feed us back if the strange app behaviors you described in 'secondly of your post' and the restarts stop

Your help is needed here: my new q10 mistakenly dropped inside water yesterday, i picked it and air-dried it hoping it would solve the problem; yet I can not get it charged. It did not even come up at all. Pls, I need your candid advice.

since its only water, the device will not work until all the internal components are dry....put it inside a bowl of rice for at least a week and try again

you dont need to sync contacts on a BB10...so long as your yahoo account is associated with your device, all your contacts are in sync

any time you save a new contact, its automatically saved to all your email addresses that are set up on the device

you can do a security wipe to restore the device to factory settings but you also need to be sure you have installed the right OS for your device

if you have a PC with internet connection, install blackberry link and use the program to reinstall the latest official OS to the device

Simple solution, retain the bold 5 as your business phone so anybody that adds your pin still has access to you, and get yourself a nicer model for your personal use.

Hello House, I started a security wipe on my Q10 yesterday and it's still on 98% since 6am today being Tuesday, I don't know what to do, I forgot to type in "blackberry" in that blank space just before I pressed "Delete data" for the wipe to commence. I don't know of that's the problem. Pls help a sister out,thanks.

if the security wipe started, you did everything right...security wipe is a real biatch and it takes quite a while so just relax...the device will come back to life at its own time so long as you keep the charger in so the battery doesnt drain
