Omo_Tier1: Jesus never sent you to preach about Hell! When He was about leaving to meet our God, He said..."Go yea into all nations and preach THE GOSPEL..." Gospel means the good news of the salvation which God has brought to humanity without prejudice.

No man will ever get saved by the threat of a message of Hell fire, rather, Gods redeeming works and His power to save is in the message of repentance unto righteous by accepting the ULTIMATE sacrifice of Jesus, wherein His blood was shed on the cross and His body broken that ALL man may no longer live under the bondage of sin, death and grave.

I repeat, the message of Hell fire will never set any man free from the bondage of sin and death so why not preach JESUS and let the HOLY SPIRIT convict that soul and set them free for eternity in Christ?

I used to be petrified by this movie when I first watched it as a young teenager, my mum actually used it to convert us to christianity from islam. . .I was SO AFRAID of this thrash back it the days. . .Its so obvious that this nonsense drama will not even scare the kids of today. . .I repeat the hell myth does not make sense or sound as a just system to many christians any more. It sounds sadistic and immoral, only the very fundamentalist deluded ones still believe in the hell myth, evenamongst them they have erected their own ideas about it because it still doesn't make sense to many of them. . .

I was watching the god TV about few years(2-3) ago when i went visiting a friend in his house, a guy was on TV and was explaining the concept of hell to his audience, he was saying that god will not punish people for ever in hell, they will stay in hell and feel excruciating pains for the number of years they lived here on earth after which god will allow their souls to stay in the fire(a seperation from him) with out feeling any pain for eternity. . .I wonder where he got that concept from but its obvious that even for him as a end of day fire and brimestone preacher the hell myth doesn't sound moral or as a good form of justice. . .

WHAT IS HELL LIKE?
IT IS APLACE OF PURNISHMENTS, a sort of prison where the wicked ar purnished forever(Matt 25:46); a torment of unquenchable thirst,of suffering and agony at its worst(Lk 16:23). A place of fire,fire so hot even angels who go there will continually cry in pain despite there strength;the will be so much that the devil will call JESUS ''Lord'' when the pains bcome unbearable for him.(Isaiah 33:14, Rev 20:15, Matt 13:42-50). It is a place of supernatural worms because the worm there don't die(Mark 9:44-48). The worst part of it is that those who go there will recognise themselves just as in heaven(Lk 16:23), they will even pray but there prayers will not be answered-NO MORE GRACE,(Lk 16:27).the torment is everlasting because the Bible says that both HEAVEN AND HELL IS EVRLASTING.(GOD SAYS SO).

1. SALVATION IS LIMITED TO THIS LIFE(EARTH). NO REPENTANCE ONCE YOU DIE OR IN GRAVE(LK 16:24-27).

Jesus came to get us back from the Devil(and wash us clean from our sinful nature which we inherited from adam) and until we submit our self to Jesus and accept Him as our Lord and saviour,we will end up in hell; all wicked people will end up in hell if they don't change and accept God's offer of salvation-JESUS.

I wish, for the sake of people like you, that what you wrote is true. You must be right that I'm really dumb but I am yet to see or read about the enlightened discoveries that prove with massive and conclusive evidence that there's no after-life. In fact, I see and read so much that strengthen my belief that these things are real.
Don't worry abt some of us that wish to err on the side of caution. Better to believe and live like there is heaven to gain and die with such hope than to keep denying and die and see that it is real. Better safe than sorry!
