If you are calling your partner to check where he
has reached, it is likely that he will claim to be on

lie! Also men commonly claim to be stuck in
traffic as an excuse for being late, which is
usually not true either!

3. “You are looking thin, have you lost
weight?”
If he says that, he is just trying to get some
brownie points; or he is trying to cheer you up
because you had a fight a while ago. But the
chances of him thinking you have actually lost
weight are, in reality, quite low.

4. “Sorry I couldn’t call, I had no signal”
If he did not call you, he either forgot he had to
or he was busy doing something else. The signal
had absolutely nothing to do with it!

5. "I do not look at other women
For most men looking at other women is almost a
reflex action! If you ask your partner whether he
looks at other women or not, you don’t expect
him to tell you the truth, do you?

6. "I didn't realize you called
Men frequently lie about not having seen your
call, when they are in the middle of something
important, well, something they think is
important. It’s not uncommon for them to lie
about this in order to avoid an argument.

7. “I listen to every word you say”
Men have a habit of zoning out now and then.
Rather than asking whether they heard what you
said you should try to question them about what
you said. This should clarify whether they were
lying or not!
