That's what most members seem not to understand or are intentionally trying to be ignorant of with their posts. No sane investor 'll go for a sparsely populated kidnapper dominated region in the south or a terrorist den in the far North. An investor 'll rather go for a place like Ibadan or ota/Agbara in Ogun if he/she has no interest in Lagos. Most investments outside SW are oil related.
