Why are Nigerians gullible. Enough of all these deception by our leaders. What happen to population census? Why can't they plan with the result of population census? It was said that, any registered person(s) will be given a card, which will gives him access to health, transportation and other benefit. Will all these be free? A government that constructed road with tax payer money and toll d road, is promising health care and transportation.
