The controversial NGF election that produced two chairmen has continued to elicit reactions from stakeholders and the general public. More recently, Isa Yuguda of Bauchi state claimed that the position of the chairman belongs to the north, a line of thought that was vigorously pursued by the 19 Govs from the north. Yuguda after declaring his withdrawal from the northern Gov forum claimed that Babangida Aliyu, d chief Servant prevailed on him and Shettima to step down for a consensus candidate in d person of Jonah Jang. Aliyu who chaired the meeting of the forum ensured that Jang emerged as a consensus candidate.

Aliyu however reneged on this position when the election proper took place as he abandoned their earlier agreement and canvassed for Amaechi. Note that the 19 Govs signed the document that produced Jang as the consensus candidate.

The thought provoking question then is, if Babangida Aliyu has a penchant for violating pact, or in our normal parlance, playing a fast one on people, what moral right does he have to ask the president to honour the agreement he had with them if at all such exist? Will he be morally justified to demand Compliance to pact?

Someone that publicly avers that he is a noise maker must not be taken seriously. He is morally deficient

Just forget the Tchief Servant. Jona has defeated them. With PDP delegates from 18 or 19 states with Jang, PLUS PDP delegates from non PDP states, Jona wins the primries nice and easy. Aneni is giving them soft landing by calling for automatic ticket. Aneni is calling the same bluff Obasanjo advised in 2011, when the remnants of Kaduna Maffia asked Jona to come and pledge loyalty, in order to get their support. Jona refused and still won.
