Garri the 1st: GEJ is set to destroy the nation over his 2015 agenda..

1. He has used BH to destroy and destabilize the North..

2. He has empowered and armed Niger Delta militants..

3. He tried introducing Boko Haram to the S-West, when he failed he gave OPC millions to procure arms against 2015..

Mr. GEJ, the gods are watching you.

cool

Where did you get that from? who told you that?
you will just stay in your house and speculate something is no where
close to the truth.

please i'll advice you don't say things that are not true.

One thing is certain, Rivers State House will never be the same again and Amaechi has gotten to a point of no return. He cant win this fight as far as he moved to the Legislative assembly to intervene in the scuffles of Legislatures cos of quest for self-preservation.

Joyfullyme: http://reporters365.com/top-news/amaechi-storms-rivers-assembly-complex-as-speaker-is-impeached-2/

The Rivers State House of Assembly complex today broke into chaos and staff fled as members fought and exchanged blows as a group of law makers impeached the speaker Rt.Hon. Otelemaba Dan Amachree and installed Hon. Evans Bipi representing Ogu/Bolo constituency as speaker. A group is also thought to have attempted to collect the mace of the assembly while some staff who fled told reporters that Governor Ameachi himself stormed the chambers and took away the mace. Some of the Governor’s cars were destroyed and there were injuries .
However,in an attempt to put a lid on the situation, Leader of the house, chidi Lloyd called reporters to say that their was no impeachment but could not explain the heavy security and the broken stones and bottles littering the complex.
An eye witness who called reporters365.com had this to say:
“It was a free-for-all fight at the assembly today
Members started walking in to the chambers at 9 am this morning with the
Speaker walking in at about 9:50am to commence sitting
“WEY VOKOR”! were the speaker’s first words calling Hon Victor Ihunwo by his alais.
“Oga leave me abeg” Hon Victor replied”
“So Vokor even you!” the Speaker asked Hon. Victor.
At that point Hon.M.O Chinda walked in..
“THE CHF JUDGE” House majority leader hailed him.
I will not give or take any hand shake” M.O Chinda responded.
The speaker teased him and said ” are we not brothers again?
“WE ARE NOT BROTHERS, Hon. M.O chinda retorted.
since YOU PEOPLe DECIDEd TO TAKE FOOD OUT OF MY EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
The war of words continued until Hon Evans came in.
Immediately he came in, Hon. Chidi Lloyd shouted OPU-OWU be[meaning big masquerade in Okrika language]
At this point the connection to the public address system in the chambers was cut.
At this point the Speaker told Evans “Alabo me Bleep-up me” [a vulgar speech meaning chief you messed up in okrika language]
The house leader also said the same thing to Hon. Evans which made him angry. He told the house leader Hon. Chidi Lloyd”If i take insults from Mr.speaker ,I wont take it from you Chidi”
Hon Chidi repeated the same vulgar statement moving menacingly towards Hon. Evans at which point Hon. Evans took the camera tripod on the floor of the house and flogged the hell out of Hon. Chidi
Hon. Azubike left his seat and grabbed Hon. Evans .Both started fighting
When Hon. Evans over powered both men, the house leader picked the mace and broke Hon. Chinda’s head with it.Hon. Chinda is a supporter of Hon. Evans.
A call was put through to the Governor by one of the pro-Amaechi Governors to the effect that the war was being lost to Evans and his group. He arrived shortly. The Governor met a free -for- all fight in which his followers were badly bruised and he
took the Speaker, Azubike, Leader and the Clerk of the house away
20 mins later Hon Evans and some members of the House appointed Hon. Victor Ihunwo as speaker pro tempore and impeached the speaker and left.
An hour later the Deputy Governor of the state Tele Ikuru led the speaker and 10 members into the chambers from Government house . They sat and quickly adjourned.”
We will bring you more details as they unfold.

If this is true, then it was d majority that impeached him which makes it valid.
Seems like d truest account I ve read so far..

Abagworo: This scenario reminds me of our argument when yusuf was killed by Yar'Adua's government. The PDP dullards were full of praises and the smart ones predicted a calamity and you can guess who was right after all. FG and their affiliates want to use minority to impeach majority and how is that possible? In Rivers State, all politicians have loyal boys and this kind of issue will lead to a series of assassinations, killings, communal clashes and eventually a full fledged war.

of course assassinations and killings are the next point of call. communal clashes are ruled out for obvious reasons. The reasons why civil war of any sort is ruled out has been pointed out earlier.

It's so funny that the ACN/CPC train here believe ALL ACCOUNTS that are pro-Amaechi at the same time even when they are all contradictory and frivolous. At the same time they ask for proof from people who give opposing accounts.

Bottom line here is that Amaechi is done politically. The safest bet for him now will be to defect to ACN.

Jonathan ad Amaechi. This fight has a long history and could be traced back to when Jonathan's wife dragged mic from Amaechi publicly and scolded him for building a school. In her community.

If it were Obasanjo, Amaechi wouldn't have had issues at all because Obasanjo was a strong leader and understood mutual respect. He would have successfully done that without crisis. Nigeria today is on a threshold and it only requires killing of few pro-Amaechi or pro-GEJ politicians for a war to start or military take over the least.

Drame in Rivers State!
Two years is too long a period for Governor Amaechi to fight and win this war he may be winning the battles but not this war.

DSP Alam of Bayelsa State told him to learn from his own downfall that no-man fight the Federal Government of Nigeria ("Oga at the Top"wink and live to smile (if you see Gani Fawehinmi [SAN] ask him. Despite having all the facts he always loose against the government; that is Nigeria for you).

If we all take note of the stories that have been flying in from both side, 5 Pro-Wike members started this show but some presumed Pro-Amaechi members were allege to have change camp within a nanoseconds. Please do not let us abuse or attack ourselves here when the chips are down most of the House members will switch camp because both side will not stop at spending the public fund at their disposal alone and the masses will be the worst-off of this show of shame.

My one cent thought!

Amaechi’s suspension: Judge withdraws from suit

Posted by: Rosemary Nwisi, Port Harcourt

THERE was a twist yesterday in the suit by the Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State in which he is challenging his suspension by the ruling peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).

The suit could not go on.

Reason: Justice Emmanuel Ogbuji of the State High Court, who was billed to hear the matter in Port Harcourt, the state capital, had withdrawn from it and returned the case file to the Chief Judge of the State for reassignment.

Amaechi’s suspension was announced early last month by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the PDP for alleged anti-party activities – a development that prompted the governor approach the court for redress.

He is asking the court to vacate the action.

PDP’s counsel Donald DENwigwe (SAN) filed a counter motion challenging the jurisdiction of the state court in dealing with the matter.

The lawyer insisted that the aspect of jurisdiction in the matter should be decided before any other issue.

At the last sitting, Justice Ogbuji assumed jurisdiction to determine whether or not he has full jurisdiction on the matter and fixed yesterday to hear the motion on jurisdiction.

But when the court resumed sitting yesterday, the matter was neither listed on the court’s cause list nor discussed in the open court.

None of the lawyers representing the parties was sighted in the court. The court premises were also devoid of the crowd of supporters that usually grace such sessions.

The Nation learnt that the case had already been reassigned to Justice Adolphus Enebeli and that the parties are now waiting for hearing notices.

Shortly after the court assumed jurisdiction in the case last month, one of the appellant counsels, Emenike Ebete said the judge acted in accordance with the law.

He said: “The court assumed temporary jurisdiction to hear the motion challenging its powers to deal with the entire application”.

“If a judge is faced with a case in which his jurisdiction is being challenged, the law says that the Judge should first assume jurisdiction to determine whether or not he has jurisdiction. If it is discovered at the end that he has no jurisdiction he should back out of the matter.”

Denwigwe told reporters after the last sitting: “Amaechi is saying that the party suspended him, and he is saying that the party should be restrained.

“At this stage, we cannot decide whether or not the party will be restrained. We are saying that the court has no jurisdiction to deal with the matter on the grounds we stated out in our motion papers and I told the court that until that is decided we cannot deal any other matter, so the matter is adjourned to deal with those matters.

“So, the court has not decided anything one way or the other, but he is saying that nothing should be done to affect his rights pending the hearing of the processes before the court which will now see whether the court has jurisdiction to hear the mater in the first instance or not.”

Adebayo Adelodun (SAN) and lead counsel to Amaechi said: “By the ruling, the suspension that had been handed over to our client should not be given any effect until the court decides the legality or otherwise of such suspension in the first instance.

“That means no further steps should be taken and he should not be denied any of his rights as member of PDP in consequence of that purported suspension.”

I dont claim to reside in PH to know whats happening between Wike and Amaechi, but the truth is that GEJ is a very humble man. Hope you really know the definition of "humble". Patience is a different matter all together but saying that GEJ is not humble is a quite dishonest statement.

Rubbish! The FG wants to create another crisis in Rivers State. They should leave us to live in peace. We don't want militancy or Boko Haram here.

Crisis could leave the door open for a State of Emergency, which would then starve Amaechi of funds pre- 2015
