This is cheap publicity and they just want to collect money from people,a minister has given them 5 million and they think because Ngozi Okonjo Iweala is the minister of finance and cordinating minister of the economy they can get her to give huge contribution towards the building. But they have lose their priority and just imagine all the noise they are making when they haven't even purchase the land. Igbo people are used to naming places after prominent individuals and giving awards and chieftancy title to people who don't even deserve it just because they want money. Let them go to their village and build it there instead of seeking for cheap publicity in another man's land.
