Many months ago, I discovered that MTN 1 month data sub was no longer enough to browse through nairaland or make few searches on google to last 1 week even though I tried never to download anything exceeding 6mb just to be sure where the problem laid. Alas, download or not, 1 month data sub was no longer enough to open google page (exaggerating but that's the picture). I knew it was a foul play from the end of MTN.

I quit data subscription on MTN. It was the best decision ever.

Mtn always finish my credit before I use it for anything of note. Why is that?

Does it have something to do with the 5h 1gb 1 week plan I get every week?

Please I need a fast solution because it's infuriating now...

Just whatsapp,facebook and some other sites....just did an sub about 3hours ago and I just got an SMS saying I've got just 200mb remaining... Imagine angry

Hello bro.. Just woke now and saw that Mtn has deducted my airtime.

I called and they told me it was a silly program and I couldn't even understand the program which I never, I never registered for...

I'm just sick of this nonsesense.. I thought NCC has said henceforth we wouldn't be getting unsolicited messages again?
. Bro I need a refund, 'cause this things hits me to the bone...

Hello JideSM, Can one retrieve a very old number that was gotten prior to 2009? I don't have the PUK anymore but i can still recall frequently called numbers. The number is still active it hasn't been assigned to anyone it says switch off each time i call it. Thanks.

Please why do my MTN awuf balance disappear every morning? From the website it says the validity period is 14days and 30 days, yet mine doesn't even stay upto 24hrs

Hi Rainmania, Please visit the nearest MTN Walk-in centre to retrieve the line. The requirements needed to perform a SIM swap include:
1. A Welcome Back Form
2. SIM certificate
3. Provide three (3) frequently-dialed numbers
4. SIM card (in the case of SIM upgrade or damaged SIM)
5. Valid means of Identification
6. Correct SIM registration details.

However, please note that Recharge band (N1 – N99) is valid for 14 Days, Recharge band (N100 – N200) is valid for 14 Days and Recharge band (N201 and above) is valid for 30 days. In addition, also note that the Awuf bonus offer takes priority over active Data bundle. All chargeable activities (data,sms,calls) are billed first billed from the Awuf bonus offer.
