ogoplus: Please someone tell samsung to improve on the quality of their products....

I've got samsung home theatre and a samsung LED TV acting-up badly.

I have friends complaining about samsung LCD TVs too.

I AM SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED !

I won't touch anything samsung again.

This is not Samsung customer service okay? Where did you buy it? Used or new? Well I also have a Samsung HD TV and it is not acting up like a possessed TV as you described! grin grin
