Its for identifying purpose and disposal of IEDs as you can read on background of the pic -"counter IED"
On that day, they were sensitizing the public on what explosives a terrorist is likely to use. So that next time you see a person throw a small object in your village shop, You can quickly identify (while its in the air- if possible) that its a grenade. You can even see two kinds of suicide vest with detonators there so you know how it could look like.

I hope we can sustain it, and replace the Otokar with these. I've got High hopes with the coming on stream of the Automotive plan. Build an amphibious variant, a recovery variant and an ambulance variant.

6th Nigerian C-130 enters service after re-activation in Nigeria.

We had 9 C-130's, the stretch and normal variant.

1 lost to a crash
6 in service
2 still in storage.

Nigerian Navy

Nigerian navy OPV is an enlarged derivative of the chinese Type 056 corvette. F-91 class OPV's are similar to Royal Thai navy pattani class OPV's, both have helicopter hangars, but the Centenary class OPV's are larger.

Similarly, according to Chinese news sources, the Navy also placed orders for at-least 2 helicopters for these OPV's.

Talking helicopters, contrary to widely held belief, the navy has at-least 10 helicopters, yes paltry, but 4 helicopters more than initially thought.

Also, Augusta LUH parts are fabricated in Nigeria, good news for our small aerospace industry.
