I didn't want to bring it here,but at this point i need all the prayers.

My family and I are going through tough time.During Friday’s Paris attacks, two of my cousins were affected-we didn't know where they were as they left for the soccer then to a birthday party in one of the restaurant until we got the news on Sunday night that one died and the other in the hospital (intensive care).

As if it was not enough,only for me to get a call this afternoon that the one in intensive care fell into coma and my aunt(their mum) had a stroke immediately.The woman is a widow who took care of her two boys and now that they are grown,she is about to lose both just like that?how fair is it? I grew up with them,it's like losing two brothers at the same time.I am confused.

From my experience, what's worked for us is companionship, picking battles wisely, be ready to let things go and appreciating each other.
When we do disagree we don't use insulting words on each other and become personal but rather face the situation because words are like eggs and its harder to forgive and forget when someone insults you, especially a loved one and it leaves bad feeling.

We also do most things together and joke, play and tease each other a lot.

To be honest I found it easier as the marriage progressed, because you are understandig each other more and more each day and now we rarely disagree and if we do its ija ife. Like he always leaves the lid off the pot when he dishes food.

Thats why you see those old grandma and grandpas who managed to go through the earlier years are so much in love when they are older and they cant leave each other alone for 2 days and they both go to America to look after their new baby grandchildren
